本设备通过光学判断物体的外观情况，并根据PC的图像处理判定产品为良品或不良品，是一种检测设备。
在高密度印刷机板稠密的纹理上有很多Hole与部品，无法用肉眼进行外观检查。因此设计出此设备，通过图像处理技术实现外观检查的机械化。
