Functional Features

The Bending Machine removes the protective film and the liner of the FPCB, rotates 180degrees and attaches it to the back OLED panel.
It consists of indexing parts, bending parts for attaching rotations, pressing parts for bonding and inspection for alignment.
This it the world's first equipment that was developed with the development of the OLED process.

Function

Bending Machine's process is Input → Panel loading(Robot) → MCR reading → Pre-Align → FPC 1st detachment → Bending → 1st Press → Bending liner clearing → 2nd Press → Vision inspection → Panel Unloading.
This is a fully automated equipment that conducts Input/Output, Bending and Attachment, Inspection.
