Functional Features

In the OLED back-end process, Laminating is a process for bonding OLED panels with cover glasses.
It is one of the key back-end prcess equipment that requires high precision bonding technology to control the generation of bubbles.

Function

Lamination method is largely divided into ways. One method is bonding panel, cover glass and OCA(Optical Clear Adhesive) adhesive film using atmospheric roll.The other is using soft pad in a vacuum if the roll method can not be used due to the bended product of curved shape.
